SPECIAL EVENT INFORMATION

We love hosting! We have seen it all at the GATEWAY EVENT CENTER. We have hosted weddings, art shows, concerts, markets, dance parties, business confrences, meetings, yoga...you dream it we can create it. 
 

SPECIAL EVENTS:

  One of the advantages of our space is the endless possibilites. We have many one-of-a-kind pieces to create a unique enviroment for every type of event. We are also happy to give recommend many of our local friends who can help you to create the perfect vibe for you!

 

 MARKET:

  • ALL spaces are  10x10  $ is dependent on how many spaces you reserve and days for set up typically $60 (Tables are included with the space on a first-come-first-serve basis.) 

  • WE CURRENTLY DO NOT ACCEPT DIRECT SALES, MLMs, or BUY/SELL VENDORS

  • We do not permit the sale of guns, tasers, knives, or self-defense items.

  • SALES TAX: The Oklahoma Tax Commission requires ALL vendors to collect sales tax. The current rate is 8.517%

    • Tax ID numbers are not required but are recommended by the OTC ​

    • NEW + RETURNING VENDORS

      • Payment is due no later than 48 hours prior to the event- Venmo @xgoodsvintage, square, or cash

      • Please fill out and submit the vendor registration form below, and send up to 5 photos of your product to firststreetflea@gmail.com or on Instagram @thefirststreetflea  Please make contact prior to the event date for setup details and payment requests.  

  • Electricity - If you need electricity for your booth, please note this in your booth request.  We have areas where electricity is available, however they are filled on a first come, first served basis.
