Rules and Rates

  • Spaces are 10' x 10'.

  • ALL spaces are $45.00 EACH. (Tables are included with the space on a first come, first served basis.) 

    • December special! The fee for the December Flea will be $30 (December 6, 2020)


  • We currently do not permit the sale of guns, tasers, knives, or self defense items.

  • SALES TAX: The Oklahoma Tax Commission requires ALL vendors to collect sales tax. The current rate is 8.517%

    • Tax ID numbers are not required, but are recommended by the OTC ​

  • New Vendors

    • Payment is due no later than 7 days prior to your first event

    • Please fill out and submit the vendor registration form below, and send up to 5 photos of your product to  You will be contacted prior to the event date with setup details and payment request. 

    • DO NOT submit a payment until your registration has been confirmed and you have been contacted by the First Street Flea.

  • Returning Vendors -

    • Payment is due by the morning of event

    • Please notify First Street Flea if you plan on returning at the next event before you leave 

    • You may fill out the vendor registration form and submit payment anytime before the event

  • Electricity - If you need electricity for your booth, please note this in your booth request.  We have areas where electricity is available, however they are filled on a first come, first served basis.
